  1. Approve and authorize the chair to sign Amendment No. 11 to agreement between Plumas County Department of Public Works and MGE Engineering, Inc. to provide contract document preparation for Gold Lake Forest Highway, amount not to exceed $13,382.89, No General Fund Impact, Road Funds, approved as to form by County Counsel.
  2. Approve and authorize Plumas County Behavioral Health to pay Sierra Mountain Auto Glass a non-contract invoice in the amount of $542.63. The county-owned vehicle was parked under solar panels during the past snowstorm. The snow turned to ice and slid down the panel onto the windshield, causing damage. No General Fund Impact. State and Federal Funds: discussion and possible action.
  3. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign a purchase agreement between Plumas County Public Health Agency</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted"> </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">and All Traffic Solutions Inc. to purchase of Electronic Traffic Messaging Boards as identified in the purchase agreement attached; effective upon execution; total not to exceed<strong> </strong>$36.323.99; No General Fund Impact; Epidemiology Lab Capacity (ELC3) Grant Funding; approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
  4. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign a purchase agreement between Plumas County Risk Management, Safety and OES and </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted">Fairfield Chevrolet for the fixed asset purchase of one 1500 (half ton) pick-up;</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> effective 03/10/2026; not to exceed 48,972.63; General Fund Impact as approved in FY 25/26 adopted budget 20032/541500 ; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  5. Approve and authorize Chair to sign Amendment No. 2 to agreement between Plumas County and USA Waste of California, Inc., dba Feather River Disposal; No General Fund Impact; Solid Waste; approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action
  6. Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and California Mental Health Services Authority Participation Agreement Amendment Number 2, State Hospital Program. CalMHSA negotiates on behalf of our county for the terms and rates for psychiatric bed utilization at the Department of State Hospitals; effective July 1, 2026; No General Fund Impact State Realignment Funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
