Four/Fifths roll call vote
2. Approve and authorize Plumas County Behavioral Health to pay Sutter Center Psychiatric a non-contract $11,985.16 invoice; (No General Fund Impact) State and Federal Funds; discussion and possible action.
3. Approve and authorize supplemental budget transfer(s) of $50,000 from Fund 0001 (Fund Balance) to 20035/521900 Professional Services to cover the un-budgeted costs for the investigation services contract; approved by Auditor/Controller. Four/Fifths roll call vote
4. Approve and authorize Chair to sign amendment no. 2<span style="color: rgb(124, 112, 107);"> </span>to agreement between Plumas County Facility Services & Airports and Current Electric & Alarm, Inc. to extend the completion date of the contract for the installation of the fire alarm system at the Courthouse. This amendment does not have any effect on the cost of the project; approved as to form by County Counsel.
5. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign a Municipal Advisory Contract between Plumas County and KNN Public Finance for "On-Call" professional advice from an independent Municipal Advisor; effective May 1, 2026; not to exceed $10,000; (General Fund Impact) as approved in FY 25/26 </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted">adopted</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> budget 2001052/521900; approved as to form by County Counsel.
