Approve and authorize Behavioral Health Director to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Partnership HealthPlan of California for Transitional Rent Provider Agreement, effective January 1, 2026; this contract was originally approved on May 5, 2026, with the wrong effective date; No General Fund Impact Medi-Cal billable; approved as to form by County Counsel.

Adopt<strong> RESOLUTION </strong>amending FY25/26 Plumas County Position Allocation for the Social Services Department, Budget Unit 70590; this change is requested due to the difficulty in hiring a Welfare Fraud Investigator and being understaffed; No General Fund Impact, State Funds; approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action, <strong>Roll call vote</strong>
5. Adopt <strong data-pasted="true">AMENDMENT RESOLUTION</strong> amending Resolution No. 26-9123 to apply for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for asphalt overlay in Greenville; No General fund Impact; Road Funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
