Agenda — 6 items

  1. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign and amendment no. 1 to agreement between Plumas County Auditor Controller and Rodney Craig Goodman Jr., extending the contract for one year with additional compensation of $280,000.00; not to exceed $560,000.00 (General Fund Impact) approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
  2. Approve and authorize Chair to sign amendment no. 1 to agreement between Plumas County Human Resources and ClientFirst Consulting Group, LLC increasing the contract amount by $50,000 and not to exceed a total of $100,000; (General Fund Impact); approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
  3. Approve and authorize Chair to sign Four (4) Fixed Asset Change Forms, two (2) forms transferring Fixed Asset Items to the Plumas County Facilities and two (2) Fixed Asset Items to Plumas County Victim Witness <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">(No General Fund Impact)</span>
  4. Approve and authorize Chair to sign Fourteen (14) Fixed Asset Change Forms, recategorizing current digital software licenses to Not Capital Assets<span style="color: rgb(124, 112, 107);"> </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">(No General Fund Impact)</span>
  5. Approve and authorize Chair to sign amendment no. 2 to the agreement between Plumas County Probation and Sapience Practice, a Limited Liability Company; which increases Not To Exceed amount to $14,000.00; No General Fund Impact, service agreement is paid in full by (Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act) JJCPA, a State-funded Juvenile Probation Grant (2040252-521900); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  6. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement by and between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Christine Walls for a tenant lease agreement at 372 Main Street, Chester, CA. 96020, for Behavioral Health Services Act programs; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed a monthly rate of $2,500.00; (No General Fund Impact) Behavioral Health Services Act funding, approved as to form by County Counsel.
