  1. Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Probation Department and Environmental Alternatives, a California Corporation dba EA Family Services; effective August 25, 2026, through August 24, 2027; not to exceed $126,000.00; No General Fund Impact, service agreement will be paid for out of State Probation Grant funding; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  2. Presentation from Tracey Ferguson, Planning Director and Keli Ward, Disaster Recovery Coordinator, regarding the 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery Plan Agreement funded Plumas County Economic Development and Housing Strategies, informational only. (10 Minutes)
  3. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Partnership Healthplan of California, along with the Department of Health Care Services, for a Transitional Rent Provider Agreement to provide transitional rent services for Partnership Healthplan eligible members who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Effective January 1, 2026; (No General Fund Impact) Behavioral Health will only be reimbursed for services authorized by Partnership, approved as to form by County Counsel.
  4. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">Behavioral Health a</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">nd the County of Butte for Plumas clients to enroll in a licensed Driving Under the Influence program for live virtual services, effective July 1, 2026 (No General Fund Impact). This agreement is non-financial in nature and imposes no financial obligation on either party; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  5. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Redwood Toxicology, to provide drug and alcohol testing; effective June 1, 2026; not to exceed $9,999.00; General Fund Impact as approved in FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget (various budgets); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  6. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Sacramento Behavioral Health Hospital LLC, an acute psychiatric hospital for mental health treatment and stabilization services for teens, adults, and senior adults, effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $150,000.00; (No General Fund Impact) Federal and State Funding; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  7. Grant Closeout Public Meeting, Summary of Accomplishments, and Remittal of Remaining Funds: 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), Plumas County Grant Agreement No. 22-CDBG-ED-30048 for the Plumas County 2021 Dixie Fire Recovery For-Profit Business Economic Development Grant Program; discussion, public comment, informational only.   8. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Harvest Healthcare Solutions to provide supportive housing services for qualifying individuals effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $699,733.88; (No General Fund Impact) State Funding; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  9. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Cell Staff, LLC, to provide supplemental nursing services; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $1,000,000.00; General Fund Impact as approved in FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget 70380 / 521900 (JAIL / PROFESSIONAL SERVICES); approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action
  10. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Aurora Behavioral Health Santa Rosa LLC, an acute psychiatric hospital for mental health treatment and stabilization services for teens, adults, and senior adults; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $100,000.00; (No General Fund Impact) Federal and State Funding; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  11. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Facility Services and Airports and Avery Excavation Inc. for Pickleball asphalt overlay at Gansner Park; effective August 5th, 2026; not to exceed $35,000.00; General Fund Impact as approved in FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget (2012054 Facilities / 540110 Capitol Improvements); Resolution No. 26-9168; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  12. Approve and authorize Plumas County Sheriff's Office to pay Crescent Tow a non-contract invoice in the amount of $610.00, for towing and storage services related to a boating accident; No General Fund Impact; Boat Patrol; discussion and possible action.
  13. Approve and authorize Plumas County Sheriff's Office to pay Nick's Heating & Refrigeration, a non-contract invoice in the amount of $7,975.96 for repairs on the walk-in freezer at the Plumas County Correctional Facility; (No General Fund Impact) 20293 / 542503 (Criminal Justice Construction / Kitchen Equipment); discussion and possible action.
