Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Department of Facility Services and Airports/Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Lane Labbe, an individual, doing business as Longhorn Electric to provide electrical connection for generator at the Sheriff's Office; effective upon execution of agreement; not to exceed $20,000; No General Fund impact 20293/544130 (Criminal Justice Construction Funds/Generator); as approved in FY 26/27 preliminary adopted budget; approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
  2. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Department of Social Services and Social Change Partners to provide services for Cal-OAR planning, reporting and data analysis; effective June 1, 2026; not to exceed $205,000.00; No General Fund Impact; Federal and State funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  3. Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Facility Services & Airports and Silver State Elevator Company, Inc. for inspection and maintenance of the county's lift systems; effective September 1, 2026; not to exceed $27,000.00; General Fund Impact; as approved in FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget 2012052/520906; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  4. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Public Works and Peterson Tractor Co. to have maintenance and repairs done on Public Works heavy equipment; not to exceed $200,000.00; No General Fund Impact; Road funds; effective July 1, 2026; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  5. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Staisha McClure, to provide haircuts to inmates; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $9,999.00; No General Fund Impact 22911 / 521900 (Inmate Welfare / Professional Services); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  6. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Sierra Mountain Auto Glass, to provide automotive windshield replacement and repair services; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $20,000.00; General Fund Impact as approved in FY26/27 Preliminary adopted budget (various budgets); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  7. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Agriculture Weights & Measures and California Department of Food & Agriculture CDFA; for exotic pest detection and trapping; effective July 1 2026; not to exceed $7091.00; No General Fund Impact; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  8. A<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">pprove and authorize Chair to sign amendment no. 1 to agreement between Plumas County Facility Services and Airports and Heat Transfer Systems for HVAC replacement at the Agricultural Building; increasing the total compensation amount to not exceed $37,000; General Fund Impact; as approved in the FY26/27 Preliminary adopted budget; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  9. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Public Health Agency and County of Lassen, through its Public Health Department; t<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">he program is designed to provide direct medical and psychosocial care, support services such as food, housing, and utilities, and case management services;</span> effective April 1, 2026; not to exceed (PARTB2627LCPH $6,400.00); No General Fund Impact; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  10. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Public Health Agency and Anna Hanlon, to provide licensed dental screenings and fluoride treatments twice a year to Plumas schools, effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $12,000.00; No General Fund Impact; (Oral Health); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  11. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Public Health Agency and County of Lassen, through its Public Health Department; <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">The program is designed to provide direct medical and psychosocial care, support services such as food, housing, and utilities, and case management services.both effective April 1, 2026; not to exceed (PARTC2627LCPH $9,000.00) ; No General Fund Impact; (RYAN White PARTC); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  12. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">Approve and authorize Plumas County Fair to pay National Trench Safety (NTS) a non-contract invoice in the amount of $2500.00 for traffic control for the fair parade; No General Fund Impact; Grant Funded</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">; discussion and possible action.
