  1. Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Planning Department and Mintier Harnish to finalize the design, assembly, and production of the Plumas County 2021 Wildfires Long-Term Recovery Plan; effective August 18, 2026; not to exceed $24,999.00; General Fund Impact FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget (2049052/521900); approved as to form by County Counsel.
  2. Approve and authorize the Federal Annual Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification (ESAC) report to the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of the Treasury for the asset forfeiture fund for FY25/26 and authorize the preparer to submit the report electronically; discussion and possible action.
  3. Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Probation and Plumas Crisis Intervention and Resource Center, a California non-profit corporation, to provide emergency sheltering via their North Star Navigation Center; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $104,125.00; (No General Fund Impact) AB109 State grant funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
  4. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Public Health Agency and Kimberly's Mobile Screening, LLC to provide Department of Transportation required testing services for Senior Transportation drivers; effective June 15, 2026; not to exceed $9,500.00; (General Fund Impact) as approved in (FY26/27) preliminary adopted</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> budget (20480/524419); approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
  5. Adopt <strong data-pasted="true">RESOLUTION</strong> of Intention of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Plumas directing the Planning Department to undertake a code amendment process and bring recommendations of the Planning Commission to the Board of Supervisors for consideration in adding Article 47, Low-Impact Camping, Chapter 2 Zoning, Title 9 Planning and Zoning of the Plumas County Code of Ordinances; (General Fund Impact) as approved in FY26/27 preliminary adopted budget; staff time/regular wages (2049051/5100); approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action. Roll call vote.
