- Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Cunningham Auto Group, Inc. dba Susanville Ford, to provide vehicle maintenance and repairs; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $40,000.00; (General Fund Impact) as approved in FY26/27 recommended budget (various budgets); approved as to form by County Counsel.
- Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Behavioral Health and Nevada County Department of Behavioral Health for after-hours Telephone Crisis Triage Services; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $76,080.00 per fiscal year; (No General Fund Impact) State and Federal Funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Social Services and Plumas Crisis Intervention and Resource Center to provide Certified Social Worker (CSW) Self Insurance Plans (SIP) to support for families and children to reduce the risks of child abuse and neglect and reducing child welfare interventions; effective July 1, 2026; not to exceed $30,000.00; (No General Fund Impact) State funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
- Approve and authorize Chair to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Plumas County Social Services and Plumas County District Attorney to provide welfare fraud investigation and prosecution; effective September 1, 2026; not to exceed $53,856.00; (No General Fund Impact) State and re-alignment funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
