2. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to ratify and sign an agreement between Plumas County Department of Social Services and Social Change Partners to provide services for Cal-OAR planning, reporting and data analysis; effective June 1, 2026; not to exceed $205,000.00; No General Fund Impact; Federal and State funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
3. A<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">pprove and authorize Chair to sign amendment no. 1 to agreement between Plumas County Facility Services and Airports and Heat Transfer Systems for HVAC replacement at the Agricultural Building; increasing the total compensation amount to not exceed $37,000; General Fund Impact; as approved in the FY26/27 Preliminary adopted budget; approved as to form by County Counsel.
