Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Subscription Services Agreement and Order Form for the Accela SaaS Multi-Solution User Service, with aggregate annual payments totaling $1,481,846 over a seven-year term, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Statement of Work Agreement for implementation of this cloud-based service, for a one-time cost not to exceed $90,850, which includes 15 percent contingency
2. Continued from May 21, 2024 - Adopt a resolution approving the Ridge View Commons Senior Rental Housing Complex's Amended and Restated Loan Agreement, Ground Lease and Regulatory Agreement, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents, including subordination agreements, and take all steps necessary to refinancing and renovation of Ridge View Commons
