Approve the first amendment to the as-needed Maintenance Agreement for pavement striping and signage services with Womack Striping, Inc., to increase the contract maximum by $50,000 to $275,000 for the current two-year term through June 30, 2025, and extend the contract for one additional year by $50,000 with an annual maximum of $150,000 beginning July 1, 2025
2. Approve the purchase of a Backhoe Loader from Peterson CAT in the not-to-exceed amount of $256,781 inclusive of a 15 percent contingency
3. Approve second amendment to the purchase order with Roth Staffing Company, L.P. for a the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 and to extend the term to June 30, 2025
4. Ratify amendment to City Council assignments to regional boards for calendar year 2025
5. Accept public improvements performed by American Wholesale Lighting, Inc. for the Library Lighting Improvements Project, CIP No. 23493, and approve a budget amendment in the Miscellaneous CIP Fund
6. Accept public improvements performed by American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing Company, Inc., for the Annual Slurry Sealing of Various Streets Project, CIP No. 24504, and approve a budget amendment to return $124,447 to the Gas Tax Fund
