- Award a construction contract to DPI, Inc. in the amount of $1,048,777 for the<strong id="isPasted"> </strong>Puri Court Storm Drain Improvements Project, CIP No. 25415, authorize the City Manager, or designee, to approve and execute contract change orders for a project contingency amount not to exceed $157,317
- Approve second amendment to the professional service agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for solid waste system technical assistance services to increase amount of the agreement by $125,000 for a total amount not to exceed $325,000
- Approve a second amendment to the agreement with Got Power, Inc. to increase the annual not-to-exceed amount by an additional $50,000 per fiscal year with the annual compensation not to exceed $350,000 for Fiscal Year 2024/25 and all subsequent fiscal years for the remainder of this agreement, bringing the total compensation to $1,050,000 for the three-year term
