1. Approve a maintenance and trade services agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree maintenance, tree inventory management, and arborist consulting services, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,522,000 for the three-year term and the option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, with a total contract amount not to exceed five years and $4,500,000
2. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award a construction contract to O’Grady Paving, Inc., in the amount of $4,038,462.70 for the Annual Street Resurfacing & Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 25503 and approve budget amendments to allocate $169,364 from the Gas Tax Fund 160 and $68,212 from the Street CIP Fund 211 for a total of $237,576 to complete project funding
3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with Terra for the maintenance of the City of Pleasanton’s five Landscape Maintenance Districts for a total not-to-exceed amount of $450,000 for the three-year term with a construction cost escalator for maintenance and weed abatement work based on the Consumer Price Index for the Bay Area, and the option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, for a total contract amount not to exceed five years and $800,000
4. Approve the first amendment to the professional services agreement with Water Resources Economics, LLC, increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $304,254 and extending the term to December 31, 2026
5. Approve the second amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Pleasanton Unified School District for a final term of two years, through June 30, 2027, at an estimated cost of $1,641,339 over two years for the School Resource Officer Program
6. Approve the fourth amendment to the professional services agreement with Bonita House, Inc. to increase the amount by $896,500 and extend the term for two years, through June 30, 2027, to provide clinician services for the Alternate Response Unit for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,020,416 over the five-year term
