4. Approve a first amendment to the professional services agreement with SCI Consulting Group, Inc. for $36,270 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,960 and extend the term to provide Engineer's Reports and Proposition 218 ballot procedures for the Ponderosa-Del Prado, Windsor, and Bonde Ranch Landscape Maintenance Districts and Engineer’s Reports for the Oak Tree Farm and Moller Ranch Landscape Maintenance Districts
