1. Adopt resolutions concurring with the Altamont Landfill and Resource Recovery Facility Open Space Advisory Committee's recommended determination that expenditures totaling $271,803 in Altamont Open Space Funds for consulting services are consistent with the Altamont Landfill Settlement Agreement
2. Receive an update on the outcome of stakeholder engagement and facility feasibility and cost analysis, and direct staff to meet and confer with Pleasanton Garbage Service to negotiate a three to five-year extension of the current franchise agreement for solid waste management services in Pleasanton and bring a recommendation back to City Council no later than July 2026
3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order with Belkorp AG, LLC for the purchase of one John Deere 9009A Terraincut Rough Mower in an amount not to exceed $129,161, inclusive of a 15 percent contingency
4. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order with Peterson CAT for the purchase of one Caterpillar 255 Compact Track Loader in an amount not to exceed $200,022,<a id="isPasted" href="#_msocom_1" language="JavaScript" name="_msoanchor_1" target="_blank"></a><a id="_anchor_2" href="#_msocom_2" language="JavaScript" name="_msoanchor_2" target="_blank"></a> inclusive of a 15 percent contingency
