- Approve the City of Pleasanton’s Application for $228,805 in Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Funding to support Tri-Valley Haven's near-term operation of the domestic violence shelter, including related actions to 1) Authorize the City Manager to submit an application to the State of California, Department of Housing and Community Development for the PLHA funds and accept the funds upon award, and 2) Approve related budget adjustments in Miscellaneous Grant Fund (Fund 116); and 3) Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Tri-Valley Haven for shelter operating costs
- Direct staff to complete the Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Annual Action Plan to allocate $224,630 in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to Tri-Valley Haven
