1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a design professional services agreement with Wood Rogers, Inc., for the I-580 Overcrossing Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements project, CIP No. 22570, for a not-to-exceed amount of $482,940
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year professional service agreement with CivicPlus for Recreation Management and Agenda and Meeting Management software in an amount not to exceed $563,423 and NextRequest in an amount not to exceed $92,629
3. A) Adopt a resolution certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR); and B) Introduce an ordinance approving: (1) Annexations (P18-0078) of parcels totaling 130.98 acres from unincorporated Alameda County to the City of Pleasanton; (2) General Plan Amendments (P18-0079) redesignating residential areas from Open Space–Public Health and Safety to Low Density Residential and open space areas from Low Density Residential to either Open Space–Public Health and Safety or Open Space–Parks and Recreation; <br>(3) Rezoning (P18-0081) parcels from Pre-Zoned PUD–OS-A&G/OS-PH&S/LDR/HOZ (Planned Unit Development–Open Space–Agriculture and Grazing/Open Space–Public Health and Safety/Low Density Residential/Housing Opportunity Zone) Districts to PUD–OS-A&G/OS-PH&S/LDR (Planned Unit Development–Open Space–Agriculture and Grazing/Open Space–Public Health and Safety/Low Density Residential) Districts; <br>(4) A Planned Unit Development (PUD-130) to construct 28 detached single-family residences, demolish and reconstruct two existing single-family residences, and install related on- and off-site improvements and infrastructure; and <br>(5) A Vesting Tentative Tract Map (Tract 8569) to subdivide parcels totaling 128.5 acres into either single-family lots or private and public open space; and <br><br>C) Introduce an Ordinance approving a Pre-Annexation and Development Agreement
4. Accept a report on City Manager-approved contracts and purchase orders for the quarter ended March 31, 2026
