1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the second amendment to the joint use agreement with Pleasanton Unified School District for the middle school gymnasiums
2. Adopt a resolution approving rates for solid waste, recyclable materials, and organic materials collection for fiscal year 2026/27 as required by the Franchise Agreement between the City and Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc.
3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Innovative Claim Solutions, Inc., to provide third-party administration of the City's workers' compensation program, for a three-year term through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for two successive one-year terms, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,399,579 over five years
4. Approve plans and special provisions, and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Villalobos and Associates in the amount of $127,490 for the 2026 Miscellaneous Sidewalk and Pathway Replacement Project, CIP No. 26511, and approve a budget amendment to fund the project
5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Design Professional Services Agreement with Kier and Wright Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., in the amount of $925,411 for the development, evaluation, and creation of a precise roadway alignment for El Charro Road (CIP 27501), and approve the related budget amendments
6. Approve plans and special provisions, and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Frontline General Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $284,951 for the Sassafras Court Storm Drain Interceptor Project, CIP No. 22484; and authorize the Director of Public Works to approve and execute contract change orders from a project contingency not to exceed $44,843
7. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute second amendments to extend the term of the agreements with Hexagon, TJKM, and Fehr and Peers for on-call transportation consultant services, and approve an increase of $200,000 to the aggregate contract authorization, to a new total aggregate of $700,000 through June 30, 2027
8. Approve Fiscal Year 2026/27 recurring purchase order agreements
9. Presentation of a proclamation recognizing Juneteenth 2026
10. Approve meeting minutes of May 19, 2026
11. Presentation of a proclamation recognizing the 250th Anniversary of the United States
12. Adopt a resolution amending the local Conflict of Interest Code and updating the list of designated positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests
13. Introduce an ordinance updating the Pleasanton Municipal Code Title 2 to modify the duties, frequency of meetings, and maintenance of membership for the Civic Arts, Human Services, Library, and Parks and Recreation Commissions, and modify the membership and meeting frequency for the Youth Commission
