Adopt Ordinance No. 2311 approving the City-initiated rezoning of an approximately 0.66-acre portion of the property at 1225 Hopyard Road to planned unit development-high density residential (PUD-HDR) to allow for up to 10 residential units, as implementation of Program 7.6.8 in the City's Housing Element
11. Adopt Ordinance No. 2312 approving the City-initiated rezoning of an approximately 0.74-acre portion of the property at 4100 First Street to planned unit development-high density residential (PUD-HDR) to allow for up to 10 residential units, as implementation of Program 7.6.8 in the City's Housing Element
12. Adopt a resolution approving the issuance by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority of Exempt Facility Bonds for Anton Hacienda Apartments
13. Adopt a resolution approving, authorizing and directing execution of certain financing documents and actions in connection with issuing up to $16,500,000 in water revenue bonds for financing improvements to the City’s water system
