If you are joining the meeting through Zoom, please use the 'Raise Hand' feature. If you are calling in by phone, you may press 9 when the Mayor announces the item. Council will take no action other than referring the item to staff for study and analysis and may place the item on a future agenda (Resolution 92-25)
2. 5 All items are approved by a single action. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion upon request from a member of the Public, Staff and/or Councilmember.
3. 6 Approve First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance No. 869 Reading by Title Only, Waving Further Readings, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Patterson amending Sections 2.40.030, 2.48.030, and 2.50.040 of the Patterson Municipal Code to Exclude City Employees and Staff from Serving on Committees and Commissions.
4. A Appoint Three (3) Members to the Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission for the Term May 2025 - May 2027
5. B Stanislaus Homeless Alliance (Councilmember Mora alternate)
6. C San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (Mayor Pro Tem Roque alternate)
