7. 7 Meeting Access and Public Comments on Agenda Items
8. 8 Members of the public can access live streaming of Board and Committee meetings at https://octa.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. Public comments will be limited to three minutes (unless otherwise determined by the Chair) and can be provided throughout the meeting, as follows: one comment at the beginning of the Consent Calendar addressing any matters appearing on the Consent Calendar; on each Special Calendar, Regular Calendar, and Discussion item, as applicable; and under Public Comments for items not listed on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of OCTA. Requests to speak must be received by the Clerk prior to the item being called by the Chair. Comments can be provided the following ways:

10. 10 Members of the public may attend in person and address the Board regarding any item. Complete a speaker’s card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board or notify the Clerk of the Board of the item number on which you wish to speak. The Clerk will recognize speakers during appropriate comment periods. Language translation can be provided upon request, if available.
