Consider adoption of a resolution amending the resolutions creating the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) and General Plan Update Steering Committee (GPUSC) to provide for the annual appointment of members at the first meeting in February of each year. Existing members terms shall expire each February unless the member is reappointed to the GPAC or GPUSC [O’Neill]
