Adopt a Resolution designating Arts Council Napa Valley (ACNV) as the County’s local art agency partner; and authorize ACNV to prepare an application for grant funds for art related programs from the California Arts Council’s State-Local Partnership Program should funds become available in Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and Fiscal Year 2027-2028.
