Frankenstein and Michael O’Connell as Napa County Representatives and appoint Gigi Gonzales as Napa County Alternate 1 Representative on the Napa/Solano Agency on Aging Advisory Council. The terms of office shall commence immediately and expire on June 30, 2028. (No Fiscal Impact)
