REQUESTED ACTION: Approval and authorization for the Chair to sign the Sixth Amendment to Agreement No. 2020-02 with WSP USA Inc. to provide operations, monitoring, and maintenance, compliance reporting and non-routine services for the American Canyon Sanitary Landfill, for the term July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with an annual amount not to exceed $195,146.00. Additionally, the Executive Director is requesting a Budget Amendment for FY 2025-2026 to increase appropriations by $20,000. This amount is to cover work done in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 but was not invoiced until after the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget was approved. The amount of this work was approximately $13,000. In addition, in the current fiscal year, approximately $5,000 was spent on reviewing the findings of the GCCS at the American Canyon Sanitary Landfill.
