The Authority needs engineering services to review construction specs, assist with the public bidding process and help oversee identified projects during construction. The engineering work will be performed this fiscal year. The proposed Third Amendment will also extend the Agreement one more year. FISCAL & STRATEGIC PLAN IMPACT Is there a Fiscal Impact?
