Approve and authorize an Easement Deed in favor of Pacific Gas and Electric Company for the installation and maintenance of new underground electrical line leading to and into Atlantic Aviation, LLC’s leased premises on airport property and find, pursuant to Government Code 25526.6, that the easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or interfere with the County’s use of the property.
