Harvest Stomp 2025 - Category 4 Temporary Event Application #P25-00188 CEQA Status: Ministerially Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project site is not included in the list of hazardous materials sites complied pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5. Request: Approval of an application for a Category 4 Temporary Event License P25-00188 filed by Sonya Deluca of the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation to hold Harvest Stomp 2025. This event will be held on August 23, 2025, from 06:00pm-11:00pm with a maximum of 550 people in attendance. This event will be located on two parcels located just west of the intersection of Yount Mill Rd and Cook Rd in Yountville, CA, Assessor’s Parcels #031-120-024-000 (event site) & #031-120-013-000 (parking).
