Approve and authorize an Easement Deed in favor of Napa Sanitation District (NapaSan) for an area of approximately 19,446 square feet to allow for the maintenance of a new underground sanitary sewer main pipeline and an Easement Quitclaim Deed in favor of Napa County by which NapaSan abandons 17,939 square feet of certain portions of the previously existing, no longer utilized sewer main pipeline on airport property parcel 057-050-009.
