Adopt an Ordinance amending Title 2 (Administration and Personnel), Chapter 2.04 (Board of Supervisors), Article I, Section 2.04.040 (Salaries and Benefits) of the Napa County Code regarding salary rate and adding language requiring a periodic salary review; and adopt a Resolution amending the Table and Index of Classes to reflect salary increases for members of the Board of Supervisors effective July 1, 2024 and then a salary increase effective 60 days from the adoption of amendments to Section 2.04.040.
