PUBLIC HEARING 2:00 PM - Pridmore Property General Plan Map Amendment P17-00135, Rezone P20-00223, and Use Permit P20-00222. Conduct a public hearing to consider the project and act on the recommendation of the Planning Commission. On May 15, 2024, following a duly noticed public hearing, the Planning Commission recommended that the Board of Supervisors 1. Adopt the Negative Declaration; 2. Adopt the proposed resolution; 3. Adopt the proposed ordinance; and 4. Approve Use Permit P20-00222, subject to the recommended conditions of approval. (No Fiscal Impact)
