Notice of Pending Approval of Final Parcel Map - PM 38568 CITY OF MURRIETA NOTICE OF PENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP - PM 38568 FOR JEFFERSON LA-A, LLC., A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 7, 2025, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, the City Council shall be notified of review and approval of final map application for Parcel Map 38568 (TPM 38568). An application was filed by Jefferson LA-A, LLC., A Delaware Limited Liability Company for Tentative Parcel Map No. 38568 to subdivide 31.694 acres for residential use, including 852 multifamily units. Engineering staff have completed a review of the final map for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Murrieta Municipal Code. Final Parcel Map PM 38568 conforms to the conditions of approval and the tentative parcel map. All dedications and mitigation required in the conditions of approval have been offered and secured.
