Public Employee Performance Evaluation and Compensation The City Council will hold a closed session with the City's personnel officer, the city manager, pursuant to Government Code Sections 54957 and 54957.6(a), to conduct an employee performance evaluation of the City Attorney and to discuss the compensation provided to the City Attorney.
