Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation The City Council will conduct a closed session with the City Manager and legal counsel, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2), because there is significant exposure to litigation in one case. The facts and circumstances giving rise to exposure to litigation are related to processes and procedures related to the issuance of permits to carry a concealed weapon. A copy of any statement threatening litigation is available for inspection.
