- 2. Appoint the Monterey County Parks Commission Chair and Vice Chair for the 2026 calendar year.
- 3. Review and approve the 2026 meeting schedule. Parks Commission will meet the first Thursday of every other month at 3:00 p.m., in the Monterey Conference Room, 168 West Alisal Street, 2nd Floor, Salinas, CA 93901. Any Meeting Changes will be posted accordingly.
- 4. a. Receive presentation on urban orchards and fruit tree planting in public parks; and, b. Discuss support for developing a fruit tree planting program in select County of Monterey Parks and provide guidance to staff.
