Nacimiento Regional Water Management Advisory Committee v. Monterey County Water Resources Agency, et al., San Luis Obispo Superior Court Case No. 19CVP-0010 b. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4), the Board of Directors will confer with legal counsel regarding potential initiation of litigation.
