a. Consider accepting as final the July 22, 2024, GPP Analytics Water Recycling Agreement Expense Audit (Audit); and b. Provide direction to staff to engage Monterey One Water to resolve the Audit’s findings and recommendations; and c. Provide direction to staff to engage Monterey One Water to examine other provisions of the Amended and Restated Water Recycling Agreement between the parties that may require updating; and d. Provide direction to staff to report at least quarterly on progress.
