a. Authorize and approve the Director of the Monterey County Free Libraries (“MCFL”) to accept donations totaling $57,315 for purchase of library materials, programs, and supplies, and b. Authorize the Director of the MCFL to take all steps necessary to implement purchasing or otherwise utilizing these donations.
