a. Authorize the Chief Information Officer to execute a non-standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Greenfield for coordination and implementation of the Next Generation Radio Network Core Upgrade Capital Improvement Project (NGEN Core Upgrade) and the City of Greenfield Site Project (GSP) at zero cost from November 12, 2024 through October 22, 2029; and b. Authorize non-standard provisions as recommended by the Chief Information Officer.
