a. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the County Administrative Officer or designee to apply for and accept grant funds for the Transformative Climate Communities Program from the California Strategic Growth Council in the amount of $27,500,000 to fund the implementation of climate action projects; and, b. Authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute, and deliver all grant application documents subject to review and approval of the Office of the County Counsel as to form and legality.
