a. Approve and authorize the County of Monterey, Health Department to submit grant applications and any necessary documents required to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) retroactive to February 12, 2025; b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee as the Signature Authority to execute all documents; and c. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the County of Monterey, Health Department to submit grant applications and any necessary documents required to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle).
