Adopt a resolution to: a. Confirm the appointment of Melanie Rhodes, Deputy Director of Behavioral Health, Access to Treatment, Adult, Crisis and Justice Involved Services, as Acting Bureau Chief/Director of Behavioral Health for the County of Monterey Health Department, the term of which appointment shall be limited to a twelve-month period from the date of approval of the appointment by the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS); and b. Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute a letter to the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) announcing the appointment of Melanie Rhodes as Acting Director of Behavioral Health.
