Amend Personnel Policies and Practices Resolution (PPPR) No. 98-394 Appendices A and B to retitle the classifications of Personnel Technician-Confidential to Human Resources Technician-Confidential, Personnel Analyst to Human Resources Analyst I, Associate Personnel Analyst to Human Resources Analyst II, Senior Personnel Analyst to Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Supervising Personnel Analyst to Supervising Human Resources Analyst; b. Direct the Human Resources Department to implement the changes in the Advantage Human Resources Management (HRM) system.
