Adopt a Resolution to: a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to accept the Local Immigrant Integration and Inclusion Grant (LIIIG) Award in the amount of $264,123 for Social Services, funded by the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development; and b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign and execute an agreement with the California Governor’s Office of Business for the LIIIG funding for the performance period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, in the amount of $264,123; and c. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign all amendments to the Agreement; and d.
