a. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Adopted Budget for Information Technology Department 001-1930-INF002-8436 (4/5th vote required) to increase appropriations by $362,533 for the broadband expansion projects, financed by an increase in non-program revenue 001-1050-CAO019-8041 funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) revenue; and b. Authorize the Auditor-Controller’s Office to incorporate approved budget modifications to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget.
