a. Adopt a resolution authorizing and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the FY 2023-24 Sheriff-Coroner's Adopted Budget by increasing appropriations and estimated revenue by $30,000 to Fund 001, Appropriation Unit SHE003, Unit 8238 ((4/5th votes required); and b. Approve and Authorize the Sheriff or her designee to accept grant funding from the PATH-Justice Involved grant also known as the CalAIM PATH II Grant through the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in the amount of $500,000.
