a. Adopt a resolution to authorize the Department of Emergency Management to submit an application for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, FY 2024, and FY 2025 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP). b. Adopt a resolution to designate and authorize the Director of Emergency Management, Emergency Services Manager, Management Analyst II, and Finance Manager I to execute and manage grant documents, applications, and any amendments thereto with CalOES for FY 2023 HSGP. c. Adopt a resolution to designate and authorize the Director of Emergency Management, Emergency Services Manager, Management Analyst II, and Finance Manager I to execute and manage grant documents, applications, and any amendments thereto with CalOES for FY 2024 HSGP. d. Adopt a resolution to designate and authorize the Director of Emergency Management, Emergency Services Manager, Management Analyst II, and Finance Manager I to execute and manage grant documents, applications, and any amendments thereto with CalOES for FY 2025 HSGP.
