a. Introduce, waive first reading, and set September 16, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. as the date and time to consider adoption of an ordinance of the County of Monterey, State of California, amend Chapter 15.04 of the Monterey County Code to remove County of Monterey regulation of small public water systems; and b. Find the adoption of this ordinance is categorically exempt per Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines because it is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes to the environment.
