Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1), the Board will confer with legal counsel regarding existing litigation: (1) Sinohui, Cecilia, et al. v. Monterey County, et al. (Monterey county Superior Court Case No. 24CV000458) c. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4), the Board will confer with legal counsel regarding two matters of potential initiation of litigation.
