(Monterey County Superior Court Case No. 23CV004043) c. Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1), the Board will confer regarding appointment/recruitment to the position of County Counsel. d. Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1), the Board will confer regarding discipline, dismissal, or release of a public employee.
